Row-column-spacing isn’t working

As soon as row-column-spacing is in use the row will disappear (shown in the image).
Furthermore design-options is empty. The contents got moved to the next tab.

Great, I didn’t try this since it didn’t worked in a previous version.
It works fine if you have all columns in one row that way!
0px -> None would be still right then, isn’t it?

However the issue shown in notes.png is still there. Not urgent for me, just for your information.

In another thread I mentioned a related problem. The row-spacing-adjustments are also applied on elements without column.
