Something in your site configuration is blocking the access to that option

Try to disable all plugins just leaving the Swiftframework and Reduxframework active, just to check if you have access to that option that way.

Hi, I have the same issue, and was just able to update the slider revolution plugin, but that doesn’t fix the issue. I still can’t import any slider templates because it still wants me to register the plugin. See screenshots.

Unfortunately those demos are only available for the ones that bought their licenses directly, and not available for the versions where it comes bundled with a theme.
