    Hi,
    I have been trying to update the Revolution slider but it i saying:
    “Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits. You can Enter an existing licence key or Purchase a licence key.”
    I received the slider through your theme so I don’t have a license key?
    Is this something I need to get from you guys?

    Also I was curious if there is a way to make the Revolution slider auto rotate?

    Hi,
    You dont need any license key for slider plugin. You can check the documentation for auto rotate http://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/.

    Please go to Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins > Here you will see the link to update revolution slider plugin.

    Hi Mohammad,
    Perhaps I’m not explaining it correctly
    but I am unable to update the plug in because I have to register access to update (See new image).
    Not sure what to do?

    Hi,

    can you try to update it in Appearance-> Install plugins
    Or try to download the latest version from Themeforest(it’s included in our zip that contains everything)

    What is your admin url so I can also try to login and check?

    Please go to Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins > Here you will see the link to update revolution slider plugin.

    Hmm this does not show up for me. I do not have a “Install Plugins” option under the Appearance menu.

    WordPress: 4.4.2
    Atelier Version: 1.9.7

    Hi,
    Please deactivate all plugin except Swift Framework, check for issue and activate the plugin to find our problematic plugin(s). You will get Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins.
