Revolution Slider not displayed

Hello,

I installed ‘Slider Revolution’ v5.3.1.5 , created a Slider and added shortcut to the top on my home page content.
Unfortunately the slider doesn’t appears and I just have an empty white space before the content.

Do you have any idea about how to fix it ?

I’ve had the same problem as AW. I updated Rev Slider to V 5.3.1.5 and I’ve been given the following error:

Last question, I do have an image (1024*416px) that I would like to display in full wide whatever the screen resolution (laptop, mobile, tablet).
How to do that ?

That size seems too small for a full screen, at least it should be 1700px of width.
