Revolution Slider Buttons

Hi,

How do I insert buttons on a slide that are the same format as buttons on the rest of the site? On the demo site the buttons are the ones used on the rest of the site.

Hi Brad,

You would need to use the same button shortcode that you use on pages. You can get its code by clicking Classic Editor when editing a page.

Hi Cosmin,

Do you just paste the shortcode right in? Because if I do that the shortcode text just appears. Do I need to add something before it?

Hi Cosmin,

I didn’t realize that if I actually viewed the slide on the site the button shows up. When viewing the editor the shortcode shows up.

Also, I had a look at the demo content and there was a different method used to insert buttons on the rev slider.

This was the code used on the demo site:

When using the shortcode it makes it very difficult to centre the button. Any suggestions?

I think the button shortcode may override the alignment in the slider, have you tried using the exact code you saw on our demo site?
