reviews?

Where can I read up on how reviews work? I don’t get it. I see where I can adjust settings in the back end, but how do users leave reviews?

You can click the Reviews tab here http://neighborhood.swiftideas.net/product/mismo-briefcase/ and then click write review. It is just like comments, it works just like the post comments.

Hi. I’m in google chrome. I don’t see a reviews tab. I clicked on the arrow to the right of the review stars and nothing came up.

So do you replace reviews with comments? Where do I do that?

I opened it in safari and this is what I got. There’s a pop-up to leave feed back but no field to leave it in.

Did you try this way? Click the review tab, and then click review? then a popup appears, in that you can write comment. (see the attached image)

That is feedback, not review. You can a contact form 7 shortcode are something in Theme Options -> Woocommerce Settings -> Feedback to set feedback from users.

Ok. I’m seeing it now. Is there a way to leave reviews for non-products? Our site is a literary magazine. We’d like people to be able to review the stories.
