Issue on mobile devices

There is a large space appearing at the top of the page (after page heading). This is pushing the entire portfolio down the page.

We need immediate help on this issue!!!

Solved with the code:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
.spb-column-container.col-sm-6 {
min-height: initial!important;
}

.spb_parallax_asset:not(.spb-column-container) {
height: initial!important;
}
}

I found that the Row setting had the content centred in the height.

Turning off this feature resolved the issue.
