[Request] Better "I have read and accept the terms & conditions" Button

Hello dear devs!

I enjoy the theme very much and the great customer service that comes with it.

I would like to point out a “weak spot” I found in the checkout process :

At phase 3. AKA Review & Payment, the client must tick the “I have read and accept the terms & conditions” button displayed on the left side of the “Place order” button (reference attached image).

Myself and others have found that tick box easy to be ignored.
I find it is essential for the near future theme update to include a change to this area, making it more visible to “not so familiar with the Internet” type of clients.

Hi, I think that’s controlled by wooCommerce directly but I will forward this to the developer to consider for an update 🙂
