I’ve already searched the forum and saw this post:

I had thought the problem was that we hadn’t added a featured image – however, after going back and adding one, we’re still not seeing recent posts thumbnails. I have the same image in both the Post Thumbnail Image (with Image selected as the Post Thumbnail Type) and the Featured Image.

In this case the image is 1280×720 in both cases.

Any thoughts on what may be occurring? Screenshot attached with sensitive info blurred out.
