Hello,

I have a weird issue I can’t solve. Recently, the PRODUCTS link in the backend admin sidebar has dissapeared. I can access Products directly through the URL (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product), but it’s very inconvenient. I read someplace that updating the theme/wordpress/woocommerce helps, but I did that and still the same issue.

– Updated to most recent version of Joyn/Wordpress/Woocommerce
– Removed/reinstalled all plugins
– Chose another theme besides Joyn, and it works when Joyn is not activated

Can someone help with this?

Hi,
I had a look and I it can also be from the plugins. Can you try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce to see what happens?

I tested in my local server and it works fine.
