Product tab to create a table which includes product specification

I didn’t want the panel group so I disabled it through css. I would like to know if it is possible to have a tab like Additional Information which doesn’t include the attributes being put up but custom attributes.

If its not possible then is it possible to create a tab similar to additional tab which can have a table where I can put product specification.
