I am pretty new with wordpress and woocommerce.
Where can i change the product image size?

It’s in Woocommerce-> settings-> Products and display tab
After that is necessary to regenerate the thumbnails with this plugin.

is tooooo big, but in the woocommerce settings i have a diffrent size, but i want size 250x320px.

should i provide my login so you can check it?

Add this to your custom css:

.woocommerce div.product div.images {
  width: 30%;
}
.woocommerce div.product div.summary {
  width: 68%;
}

I’m afraid not sorry, if you don’t want square images you will need to change your images sizes in woocommerce
