Product Display when logged in has changed since latest WooComm & theme update

Hi there,

Since we updated the theme and WooCommerce the product page (any product page) is not displaying the left side bar (aside) or any item after the short description (product variations, add to cart button, product accordion, product meta, and share links). Also the search links in the head are not working. These problems are only occurring when the user is LOGGED IN. If the user is logged out the site looks and functions fine. The only page affected is the product page.

Can you just experiment to disable all plugins except Woocommerce so we can discard any plugin conflict?

Hi,

The product display issue seems to be related to a WooCommerce extension called WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts.

The second issue, unrelated to the extension, is that we are no longer receiving emails for new orders. This has been tested with all plugins deactivated except for WooComm.

Check with that extension developer if he has any update to that version to ensure full compatibility with Woocommerce 3.0.1

Regarding the emails, the theme doesn’t interact with that so first check the email spam folders if there are any emails and install this plugin to log all the emails to see exactly what emails are being sent.
