    Hello there,

    I just purchased the latest version of ‘Supreme’.

    I downloaded the files but when I go to unzip the file I get this message…

    “Do I want to copy this folder without encryption?…
    A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted…
    Demo Content”

    Should I click yes, skip or cancel?

    There seems to be 4 problems and ‘Demo content’ was just one of them making the above message appear.

    Should I just click yes and copy the folder without encryption? I don’t even know how important that is or how much of a problem that is if any to copy without encryption??

    I haven’t even opened the files yet and already I’m experiencing problems!!

    Tried unzipping the files, this time just saying yes to copy without encryption.

    Then more problems appear!! See screen shot examples:

    Before you answered this topic I just went ahead and installed the theme. I didn’t use the above software which you recommended. So my site is online but to be honest I’m not sure if I’m missing any files or not as I had problems unzipping the files.

    So what should I do? Should I just leave it and keep going with my already uploaded website or should I install that software which you recommended? Because I plan to purchase more templates in the future so I do not want to experience the problem of unzipping my files again.

    If you think I should install that software then which one? I can’t tell which one is the latest version? Could you provide a screenshot with a mark at the one you think I should download please?

    Hi,
    Which operating system are you using now? There are two files for windows.
    1- For 32 bit – http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar510.exe
    2- For 64 bit – http://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-510.exe

    Now you have choose according you operating system.

    Ok I downloaded the 64 bit version but it said that it will only last for 40 days as its a trial version.

    So what do I do now? How will this software help me unzip files with no problems? Do I need to use this software for unzipping files?

    And should I now reinstall my supreme template again from scratch or just keep going with my site?

    Hi,
    If you are not facing any big issue with theme then dont need to reinstall your theme again. As i know that your site should not work if any file missed. All seems to ok and leave installation of software.
