    Hello guys, I want my text-box to have a background-color (full-width). The problem is that if I choose full-width, the text has no padding. There is way to add extra padding, but I don’t like that solution since the padding is absolute.

    I want a colored-background like its shown in the first example and the text should float like a normal text-box (shown in text-box 3). How can I achieve this?

    Set the background colour on the row instead of the text box
