Problem with "load more"

I have a problem with load more button in Portfolio and blog part. additional items do not appear.

This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.
Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.
If you want to send a private reply that only you and the admins can see it, please scroll down and enable the checkbox to do so.

Also, we might need to check the backend of your website, so to speed things up, could you let me know your login details please?

Also let us know if it works once you deactivate all your plugins 🙂

I’m afraid we will have to ask you to update to the latest version, sorry!
If you want to modify the files of the theme, please always use a child theme so you don’t run into that problem to lose customizations upon updating.

Thank you for your reactive response.
How to use a child theme? I start on wordpress ^^. I’ll see early next week to update to the latest version and I will return to you.
