problem whith size of the product images (it appears bigger than uploaded image)

HI,
I have a problem with the size of the product images with Woocommerce:
on the product page it shows up as a HUGE image (even bigger than the uploaded image), so the result is a bigger image with very low quality.

How I can define the size of the images?
The images I have are with this size: 500×250 pix or 500×375 px

All of your images would have to be the same size, with the glasses the same ‘zoom’ on each image

ok, and… How can I modify the zoom of this images? I am referring to the images that appear on the homepage carrousel

You can set the image size settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Products, however they do not ‘zoom’ your images. They will crop to the size you set.

If you change these sizes you will need to use the regenerate thumbnails plugin

I do not get that images display correctly, I think the image quality is enough but the same picture looks bad here:

Hello, I have been having same issues with regenerating my images (on neighborhood) as well and used the code above which worked great! thanks! however I am still getting having issues with quality of image and the zoom option on the products detail page, it shows image much smaller on zoom than what is currently in the window and it’s better quality. Would like to remove all together if possible. My image is sized at 500×600. Also I would like the images to be smaller when viewed on the phone device. How would I do that?
