Please try to upload theme through FTP software.
Thanks
MohammadMarch 23, 2015 at 9:53 am #159780I had my web developer deal with it, but he sent me this message:
“The theme uses the “ReduxFramework” library. This library has a known bug in it. This bug is extremely rare, and the logs simply didn’t report it because of that. The developer of ReduxFramework says it’s a known issue but hasn’t had a chance to fix it.
We could contact the maker of your theme and see if they are aware of this bug, and perhaps they could change to an older ReduxFramework. But the recommendation is to simply try to activate the theme and see if it works in that context. Maybe it will just work, or work with an adjustment or two”
We activated it, and it’s working now, but he recommended I don’t install the demo content, so building the site on my end is a little slow moving.
Now, the problem I’m running into is my maintenance page. I selected “blank – no header | no footer” and yet, both show up, making it look a bit wonky. Any ideas on getting rid of at least the header so it’s just a regular ol’ holding page? And I selected “holding page” but that didn’t work either.
March 23, 2015 at 9:56 am #159782Hi
Will forward this to the developer
Thanks
KyleMarch 23, 2015 at 9:58 am #159783How about that maintenance page?

Thanks for pointing that out, I’ll catch up with the Redux guys about that.
The coming soon page issue was with the vertical header, have added some custom css to fix that on your site, and will be fixed for the next update – thanks.

March 23, 2015 at 3:26 pm #159955Thanks, Ed. You are wonderful 🙂
March 23, 2015 at 4:30 pm #159985Great, thanks Ed 🙂
March 25, 2015 at 7:59 am #160493So, this is a bit embarrassing…what was the custom code you put in to fix the maintenance page. I’m not saying I got reckless with the demo content…but I definitely ignored caution and lost the custom code in the process.
Thanks!
March 25, 2015 at 11:15 am #160574No problem. Will forward again to Ed, he probably have the code he provided you.
-RuiMarch 25, 2015 at 11:18 pm #160807No problem! Here you go:
.page-template-template-blank2.vertical-header #container, .page-template-template-blank2fw.vertical-header #container, .page-template-template-blank3.vertical-header #container, .page-template-template-blank3fw.vertical-header #container { padding-left: 0; padding-right: 0; }
