    Hi there,

I am trying to link a product by clicking the action button on a pricing table. At the moment, if I paste the product ID after the “#”, it will redirect to the same page, but with the title i.e. “1234” for the number after the number sign (#).

It would be great, if I could link to a product. Is there a way to do that? I already tried to convert the button to a normal wordpress link, but then, the button look is changing to normal text – in that case the link to the product works, but this isn’t what I am looking for. I want to keep the button look.

    Thanks in advance
    Martin

    Hi

So you can’t add the full link to the product?

    Hi Kyle,

    thanks for your response.
Actually no – I have done this before and in that case, the button will convert to normal text. Further, if I extend the domain with a secure certificate, the “http” won’t convert automatically to “https” and I had to change all the full links manually. Is there a other way?

    Hi,

Can you place the url of the page where you are trying to do that and some admin credentials so I can give it a try.
    Use the private reply.

    Thanks

    Hi Martin,

Am I correct in thinking you just want to link a button to a product?

If so, switch to the Text view, I have done this on the last button – take a look: http://d.pr/i/18AhP.

    Thanks.

Ahhh I see where the problem is 🙂 Actually it is working fine, but is there a more comfortable way, if I i.e. edit the product name or convert the domain to https instead of http? Of course I could edit all links of the pricing table, but may be there is a already existing solution for that. Thanks in advance.

You could use a find and replace plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/search-and-replace/

    Hi Kyle,

thank you for the suggestion. I thought it is possible to work with product ID´s. Anyway – it is working. Thank you.
