How to put on price table a option to user view prices in monthly, quaterly, semi-annually and anually ???

Hi,

Unfortunately there’s no option for that, you can only create tables that follow the structure seen in the demo: http://themes.swiftpsd.com/flexform/shortcodes/pricing-tables/

However, there are also specialized plugins for such things, so maybe that would be an option. Try searching on wordpress.org or CodeCanyon.net for such plugins.
