    Hi, is it possible to set the order of ‘post categories’ when using the ‘categories’ widget in the side bar (currently it’s A-Z).

    Hi,

    Please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/extended-categories-widget/. The default WP categories widget is very basic.

    Hi, thanks but unfortunately the layout isn’t very good and also I still can’t really get the order I want as I can’t change the category ID either?

    The category ID’s are set by WP, what order did you want them in?
