Portfolio top of post spacing

Hi,

When adding a portfolio piece I want the 1st page builder element I add to be flush with the nav section. Unfortunately when I remove all bread crumbs, page title etc. so that nothing is above it, there is still a gap as you can see here, when using your content demo page as a starting point:

As there is no information here and I hope have turned off all of the sections in this gap area I would expect it to be flush with the nav.Is there anything I am not doing or can do to make this full width text field be flush with the navigation?

I am having a similar problem across the theme:

In the Page: Misc Options there is an option to remove the spacing at the top of the page and this is ticked but doesnt make the page builder content go flush to the navigation.

In the edit postfolio item the remove the spacing at the top of the page option does not exist so the gap seems to be bigger here.

Thanks for this – however this makes the shop and product pages look a bit crappy. Is there any way to exclude these pages from the following code you provided?
