However, about the post above ^ , related to the gallery options, ignore it.
I just found out that the last published gallery is showing as the 1st example on the drop down menu in the page from swift builder.
That actually is all I needed. :))
BUT the question of my 1st post about the galleries is still guys.. so please, tell me that wont have any problems in the near future :))May 30, 2015 at 9:00 am #179861Hi,
It’s a bit difficult to understand, can you resume below you current issues.
Thanks-Rui
May 30, 2015 at 9:52 am #179871Hi Rui,
Here is the situation:
1. I have large website/project that is waiting for total rebuild.
Till this moment I used to use free image hosting and never had the chance to use galleries such as your offering in your theme.
However, my idea is to use your gallery, but I’m worry that there may be a problem as of the amount of images in the very end.
For example, I would use 10 images per page, but would have like 600+ pages.. and they would grow as well everyday.
Do you think is a good idea of using gallery in this case?1a. For the above reason I’m planing to use CloudFlare, and perhaps some plugin as for Catch and Minify .. just not sure which one would work best with your theme?
2. I like the idea of using portfolio gallery option as a related project showcases in the end of the page, but as you may notice there is a little space between the images and the footer. Can you please tell me how I could take that off?
Here is the page example: http://wpbear.com/featured/two/3. Swift Framework in Focus, is it possible for me to turn the dates off?
Thank you in advance for our time!
June 1, 2015 at 6:41 pm #180392Hi there,
As long as they are on multiple pages, it won’t affect the load speed of the site. That would be a fine use of the gallery.
1) We use CloudFlare and Better WordPress Minify.
2) Not seeing any space here, did you sort that?
3) Add this custom css:
.infocus-item .date-overlay { display: none; }

The diference between both pages on my testing website and my main was, that the portolio showcase was placed outside the column roll. Now is working like a charm, but is this a problem: ?
Thank you for your time and support!
