Play video in Swift Page Builder

Hi,

I was building my homepage with Swift Page Builder.
I added a fullscreen video shortcode inside a parallax element and everything goes according to plan, except that the video won’t start when I click play on the front-end.

This is the shortcode:

Am I missing any option?
I don’t have any errors in the console.

Try without the secure URL, so use http and not https.

I already tried and it doesn’t make a difference.
I also tried using other videos, both from Vimeo and YouTube.

EDIT: This is the generated HTML code (pasted from the Chrome inspector). As you can see the data-video attribute is empty.

I was checking this further and realised that using http instead https like David advised worked for me.
I tried with your homepage content in my dev server and it works fine, maybe it’s some plugin conflict.

Can you try to disable all plugins and check if the video plays?

Thank you for your help.
It seems qTranslate-X causes the conflict… You don’t happen to have any ideas why? Unfortunately this plugin is fundamental for my client and I cannot remove it.

Well, I know that QTranslate manipulates the content of the page but not sure how they do it. Personally never liked that approach from them, because at the time I tried Qtranslate even the Post/Page title was used by them to store info about the translation.

Better to create a topic in their support forum to see what they say.
