Parallax Image on Mobile

Hi Again,

I first wanted to say thank you for all your help with the questions we have been having.

I understand that parallax videos don’t show up on mobile devises. I was able to set the background image and that shows up perfect for the top of this page http://notready.connexintl.com/index.php/reserved-audio-conferencing/

Where I am having difficulty with with a Parallax image. I assumed that it would so up similar to the video since you are setting the image as the background. Would you please advise how I can fix this for mobile users. See the image toward the bottom of the woman on her computer. http://notready.connexintl.com/

}

I added and I am still seeing the same result. I started a new browser page, not just refreshing an old tab.

Are we viewing different page setups?

Hi David,

We are talking about the same page, but not the same section. I can see the Layerslider no problem. There are two sections not showing up. The first is the animated icon boxes 1, 2, and 3. Then an image parallax right after those boxes isn’t showing either. just looks like a bunch of white space. We tried an iPhone 5S and 6 with the same result.

I fixed the animated boxes on mobile. I turned on the disable animations. The image parallax is still not showing on the home page though.

Thank you for continue to research this for us.

After I cleared my cache on both the ipad and phone I still have issues. On the ipad the image did show up but then it disappeared. The iphone 5s still doesn’t show up at all.

We did try on a 4s and it did show up.

The screen shot is from the ipad after the image disappeared.

What iPad version is that? For me:

It’s and iPad air 2 with iOS 10. Again it’s the weirdest thing while the loading icon is spinning in the top left corner the image appears.
