Pages and the categories for my posts are not matching

I can’t seem to find how to make my posts align the pages, so that pages can show each type of categories. I’m sort of new to this, is it me not being able to set up WordPress or is it that I have to go throuhg a Theme menu I’m missing.

I have 3 menus, tourism, touristic marketing and digital marketing on my blog.

How do I do so that each menu page shows the posts related to that particular subject. I tried with categories, and with pages but none of those seems to work..

On the theme demo, the default menus had certain posts, I want that on my blog.

You can output post items within the menu by using the Mega Menu Plugin.

Once enabled on a menu, you can add a Recent Posts widget to a menu column:
