Page looks incorrect?

Hi guys, one of our customer just emailed some screenshot how they see our site on their Samsung Galaxy S5 phone.
I cannot replicate this, can you please advise what should we do?

Hi,

With the theme options, are the performance options “On”. Same for the Swift Framework Plugin, is the performance options “On”?

Some smart phones cannot handle the minification of JS and CSS correctly, meaning you need to turn those off.

yes they are all turned ON.
If I switch them off, am I going to experience a big slow-down or is it not that noticeable?

Likely not too noticeable (ms not seconds in difference) as long as you have a decent host.

FYI: I just got checked it with someone who has S5, and the site look good when they use the standard browser, however if they click on a link in the Facebook app, the link opens “inside” the app, that is the cause of the issue… 🙁

It’s possible the Facebook app may remove some JS for security reasons.

There is nothing seemingly we can do for this, it’s not a theme issue as such but the actual app browser.
