    After an update roughly 3 weeks ago, the padding and layout throughout the entirety of my site has shifted and become offset so drastically that I am unable to keep my site up. I have provided snapshots of their current state as example, but they are not limited to those pages alone. Please let me know if there is something that can be done to return the pages to as they were prior to your update.

    Hi,

    Can you click the PB to enable the SP on that page?

    Appologies for the confusion, can you click the Page Builder button to enabled the Swift Page Builder within the post.

    Hi,

    Apologies I only meant for that one portfolio item to isolate the issue as I have not see this reported before.

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we investigate.

    Before the site become disfigured, what was the typical portfolio item layout?

    Ex:

    [Master Slider 3/4] – [Text Column 1/4]

    Thanks,
    David.

    That is correct: the 3/4 – 1/4 layout for my books works perfectly. I’ve gone in and disabled all plugins and except for the two you’ve requested.

    Hi,

    Where you originally using the detail media slider, or only master slider?

    Do you have any references to the layout before these changes?

    Master slider only, and unfortunately no, the closest representation would be how it’s listed in the example above, except that the text should not be so narrow. If you remove that [masterslider id=”2″] hook next to the image, and have the text fitted in that column, that would be how the pages originally looked.

    If you add this to Theme Options => Custom CSS, it should remedy the situation:

    .single-portfolio section.page-content.clearfix.col-sm-3 {
        width: 100%;
    }
