Page Background Color Setting not working

Dear Support,

I set the page color in the customizer but it is displayed as white on a lot of pages (but not all).

It’s not working here for example: http://parcyvall.com/youtube-kanal/
While it is working here: http://parcyvall.com/ueber-uns/

Which background are you referring to?

The Background of the Page. (For example the color behind text when no other color is set).

I’ve set #f9f9f9 but it displays as #fff on http://parcyvall.com/youtube-kanal/

You can see the difference at the bottom of the page. The Promo Bar is #fff the page is the same color but should be a little darker according to the setting.

There was no colour set on the background so I set it
