    Hi,

    I upgraded to Atelier theme.. Beautiful, loving the front end and back end.. But I’m having trouble when I try to save anything in theme options, a pop up shows “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”

    Please advise.

    Hi @teddyden,

    Seen you have posted a few topics, looks like this could be a shared issue – likely something to do with your setup, I doubt this is an issue with the theme itself. Could you possibly provide a login to your site for me to investigate?

    Hi there,

    Looks like the error is caused by WordPress running out of memory. Please check the following guide: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

    We’d recommend 128Mb at least. Let us know how you get on with following the above.

    Hi Ed,

    I have a few more issues..

    1) The QTY button on product page doesn’t allow me to increase or decrease the qty.

    2) Product Description doesn’t appear on product page.

    3) Color Swatch doesn’t change main image from image gallery.

    Please advise.

    1) This is fixed for the update going out today.

    2) Have you set the product short description?

    3) We’ve also fixed this for the update today.

    4) No – we don’t currently have an option for this, but may include it for a future update.
