Hey There,

For some reason I am not able to login to my site to edit, but when I ask to receive an email to change my pw I don’t receive anything. I’ve tried to do it several times.

I don’t understand why my login isn’t working or I’m not receiving an email to change the pw. Help!

Hi, that’s not a theme issue as you won’t be able to login with any other theme as well. Maybe you want to contact your hosting company. Make sure you check your spam email folder.
