    I’m having trouble with the shortcodes. When I click the icon to try and pull them up, I get a 404 page on the pop-up that comes up.

    Any help would be great!

    Hi

    You need to change the permissions on this file:

    wp-content/themes/neighborhood/includes/swift-framework/sf-shortcodes/interface.php to 644

    Let me know if this works.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem. Tried setting the permission to 644, but nothing changed.
    Unfortunately also the advice from this post didn’t help:

    I am using wp version 3.8.1 and latest dante v2.1.

    I appreciate your help.

    Update to 2.14 didn’t fix it.

    Please screenshot this directory in your cPanel:

    wp-content/themes/neighborhood/includes/swift-framework/sf-shortcodes/

    so that I can check what permissions are set.
