    Hello,

    We send client emails from our database and do not need an email service.

    Where do we find the code to config all newsletter emails into our customer service, imap inbox?

    Hi Kyle,

    Sorry to be confusing.

    Initially, we merely want the built-in newsletter form to send us:

    1. client name
    2. client email address

    and after we make that work, it would be good to capture client ip.

    We will be emailing customers from our internal database in our office.

    There is no built in newsletter, you need to get the form code from the newsletter service provider. If you are using your own database then you’ll need to get a developer to write the form code so you can capture information

    You should look for a plugin that manages the emails from WordPress
    Try the plugin repository and also codecanyon.
