    Hi,

    I noticed an old issue that I had when we just started using Cardinal, but never saw again after that. Now it’s back. See this page http://monkshop.eu/shop-specials/zomersale/ and attachments. As you can see something is not going well with aligning the product items, gaps appear. Any idea how to fix this?

    Cheers,
    Dirk

    Hi,
    I checked your website’s page http://monkshop.eu/product-categorie/schoenen/klimschoenen/ and seems perfect to me.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Those pages are fine. It’s this page: http://monkshop.eu/shop-specials/zomersale/, as I already pointed out in the first post. Again, see the screendumps I attached. I also checked in both chrome and safari, same problem. This page is created with page builder -> shop products. See new attachment for how it is setup.

    Hope to hear from you.
    Cheers,
    Dirk

    I need wordpress admin login detail to check and resolve the issue.
    Thanks

    I’m sorry. We can’t do that. I’m very careful with giving login/admin, as this is a working site and no testsite. Unfortunately the last two times we gave admin details our site was ruined/edited …
    Too bad this is the only way.
    Cheers,
    Dirk

    Hi,

    That is because each item is of varying height depending on how long the title is, this disrupts the gr0id layout.

    Please add this CSS to your theme options:

    .page-id-15512 .woocommerce .products .product {
        min-height: 330px;
    }

    You or your host should set up a development site so you can test/troubleshoot your site without making changes to the live version.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Yes, this works!
    Thank you.

    Development site is on the wishlist.
    Cheers,
    Dirk
