I just installed demo but Multilayer Parallax doesn’t work on (Joyn 1.3). Please resolve this issue. Thank you.

Tried to install over 20 times and tested on 5 mojor browsers but Multilayer Parallax doesn’t work (Background images doesn’t come up) Please help me.
