Movement LayerSlider Mobile

Hi, I have a LayerSlide down all of the home page in http://www.marketmataro.com. This LayerSlide has a movement when you hover over it. I wanted to know if there was any way this movement also happen in mobile but automatic off, understand that mobile no rollover.
