Hello!!
I created my website and it looks good when I see it from my computer. However, it does not look the same when I look at it on my phone (and maybe on other types of tablet as well). How do I solve this issue? I thought the theme was responsive.
Thank you!
BW,
Lorena
June 22, 2016 at 6:37 pm #276499Hi Lorena,
Please be more descriptive, what issues do you see with the theme – please add screenshots to initiate your issue.
The theme is fully responsive as per the demo site.
Thanks,
David.June 28, 2016 at 1:18 am #277570The phone that I am using at the moment does not allow me to take a screenshot. However, I can be more descriptive and also add a screenshot of how my website looks on my computer (which is how I want it to look on my phone). Basically my website has a menu above the picture (as shown in the attachment), and in my phone when you click on what would be the menu, it shows a wishlist, etc, but I have removed all of that from my menu. What could be happening and how do I fix it? Thank you!

Go to the Theme options-> Mobile Header options and disable the cart and account options just like in the screenshot below.

Also go to Appearance-> Menus and in the Mobile menu location choose the same menu has it is in the main navigation used for the desktop version.
The menu style used in the desktop can’t be applied to the mobile since there isn’t enough space.
Being responsive, it means that it adapts to show the content but it’s doesn’t look the same because it’s not possible due to the size limitations.Hope it helps.

June 29, 2016 at 2:05 am #277915Dear Rui,
Thank you so much for your support. I did like you said, and it got fixed to a certain extent. The cart and wishlist still appear on the menu in my mobile.
Is there anything else I can do?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Lorena

Navigate to Theme Options => Custom CSS. Please add this:
ul.alt-mobile-menu { display: none; }
Thanks.
July 8, 2016 at 5:31 pm #280145Hello!
Thanks again for your help.
So now in my toshiba laptop and on the phone it looks good, but my friend visited the website on her MAC laptop and the logo (which as you can see in the first attachment i sent is relatively small and above the main menu) is expanded and on top of the menu, crossing towards the main body.
How can I fix it so that it looks good on MAC as well?
Thank you very much!
Best wishes,
Lorena
July 8, 2016 at 5:40 pm #280149Hi,
I’m using a MAC and this is what I’m seeing

Can you mark in the image what you think is wrong? so we can provide some css to adjust it if necessary.
Thanks

And what do you see if you go into the About Us section? How does the logo look?

July 8, 2016 at 5:55 pm #280162Hello!
Thank you. She sees somthing different. She thinks it might be because she is using the new IOS system for MAC called “Captain”. Is this possible?
Best wishes,
Lorena
July 8, 2016 at 6:06 pm #280166Hi Lorena,
Please ask her to clear her browser cache. We all use Mac’s and have that OS.
Is she on a retina screen? What screen size?
Thanks.
