    HI Swift.
Did you make a tutorial for minifying the CSS and JS with W3 total cache. You made reference to a tutorial a few months ago. It would be really great. I’ve been testing with the manual settings and it seems that minifying on most of the files causes issues.

Any guidance would be great to improve speed.

    Thanks

Minifiying can cause a lot of issues with a lot of different programs and I’d advice you not to do it personally, it’d be a bit better to find a fast host, or trying to find a way to reduce size of images.

I’ll try and get ed in here to see if he can shine some light on this tutorial.

    Hi there,

Ben is right. It’s usually a bit of a nightmare to get working. You could give Better WordPress Minify a try.

    Just to update you.
I ended up switching to wp super cache for now as I experienced a few problems with W3TC.

I am using cloudflare and their minifying option – which causes no issues.

    i am also using maxcdn.

Speed is ok, but still not great. I am now working to optimise images.

Glad you’ve got it on the right track. Sometimes your optimisations can be limited by your hosting speed though.
