Hi,
Where do find the update in my dashbord? I don’t see anything.
Thanks!
July 2, 2013 at 9:43 pm #9899Aaarrrgh!!
The map has suddenly stopped working again – defaulted back to an address in the middle of the sea called “Chalet Sunset.” ???
http://www.ring24.com/contact/
It was working fine a few hours ago, nothing has changed on the site and now it’s not working again (AFTER the update).
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Paul
July 3, 2013 at 12:00 pm #9969Hi Paul,
Just checked your site and seems to work fine, might be cached.
@wpflexform – via Appearance > Themes.– Ed

July 4, 2013 at 1:59 pm #10154Hi guys,
You can download v1.4.3 here – http://cl.ly/Q3mu, or update via your WordPress dashboard.

July 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm #10155@skarpov – This issue is definitely fixed with v1.4.3, I’ve tested it thoroughly myself. If you’re still seeing issues after updating, then chances are the map object on your site is cached.
Best thing to try is to edit the page, edit and save the asset, then save the page again. Also you’ll want to clear your browser cache.

July 5, 2013 at 8:15 am #10338I do not know what happens but it does not work. I Updated a new version but i still have this problem. Maps not working. I have created new page with map and still show the wrong location.
July 5, 2013 at 8:30 am #10341Same here. Updated theme to 1.4.3, threw away the old map, inserted a new one (with swift page builder), saved the page, cleared browser cache, reloaded page:
Same as before…. only it now shows ‘The Aventine at Oakhurst North’ instead of ‘Chalet Sunset’ on a blue sea background.Tested on Firefox, IE (Windows) and Safari (Mac)
July 5, 2013 at 10:46 am #10353Hey guys,
Can you let me know the location you guys are using? Also, can you try enabling WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php to see if any errors are showing up?
– Ed
July 5, 2013 at 12:16 pm #10376Hi Ed,
I have enabled WP_DEBUG and the error is on lines 960 and 961 in the functions.php file. Please see error message at http://www.ring24.com/contact/.
Thanks,
Paul
July 5, 2013 at 2:00 pm #10410I use location “Ronda Guglielmo Marconi, 11 Parque Tecnologico 46980 PATERNA VALENCIA”. I just put WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php and I get no error. Still having wrong location.
July 5, 2013 at 5:09 pm #10455@flintops – If you’re getting that error, then it’s pointing towards being an issue with the Google Maps API not returning coordinates for the address. We’re hopefully going to get some answers about why this happens soon. For now you’d be better off using the standard google maps embed iframe.
@skarpov – tested that address here and it works perfect. Can you provide a URL so that we can check your site?– Ed
July 5, 2013 at 6:22 pm #10474Hi Ed,
No matter what address I put in it doesn’t work, so it’s not related to the address I’m putting in. I’m happy to give you logins to my site if you want to make a look?
Thanks,
Paul
