I upgraded Dante and I still don’t have access to the swift page builder on pages that I already created. When I create a new page it shows. This problem happened yesterday. I updated the theme today, but it didn’t change anything. Help.

Any other ideas I can try?

Dumb question, but what is the most secure way to give you login credentials? Should I just reply to your request as a “private reply?”

I really need to resolve this issue as soon as possible and would appreciate any help I can get. Here was my original post:

The best method is a private reply.

If you aren’t seeing the page builder, then it’s likely a plugin issue, please try disabling any plugins you have active.

Thanks for your response. I disabled a plugin that is integral to the site function. Its a plugin that our developers built. Generally do you have ideas as to what code would interfere with the Page Builder?

I need to have our plugin developers change it.
