Mailto for sf_button not working

Hi,

I have a problem with my hosting solution and I cannot send emails trough my wordpress.
So the contact form can not send emails and is definitely useless.

The only workaround is to have buttons directly launching the email software (mailto:email address).

I did this and tested and it is not working.

The button is in a parallax, can it be the cause of the problem?

Can you provide a direct link to that page so we can check the outputted code?
You should solve the email issue. Did they already identified the email problem?

I have not escalated the email problem to the hosting company (GoDaddy) yet. But I think it will take time and eventually not be possible. As our emails are not managed by them but by a third party company (Microsoft – Office 365).

I would like to have the mailto lin working as a temporary solution and checking with GoDaddy if it is possible to solve that email issue.
