    Hi,

Can you please provide a link to a category page with that issue?

    Hi,

Can you try disabling plugins one by one, testing each time to see if it’s fixed? I think one of them is overriding styles.

You don’t need to disable the plugins our theme recommends.

i tried to disable that one and it didn’t help. Could it be a piece in the archive.php file that broken?

I see you’re using version 1.2 of the theme – the latest is 1.4.5

I don’t remember any such issue in the past, but just to make sure, can you please also update the theme to the latest version?

I have several files that are edited in my current theme (by one of the staff members here at swift ideas). Won’t those get erased if i update?

When WordPress updates a theme, it basically removes the current version and installs the new one so yes, you’d lose those customizations. Not sure why it was necessary to make edits directly to theme files, but for the future, do look into using the child theme that we provide – so you can make changes in it, while the parent theme can be updated without issues.

Is there any way to adress the formatting issue without updating?

Unfortunately no, there are too many things to fix, you will need to update as some point anyway, as we can’t provide support for bug that have been fixed in updates.

I’m not saying that the issue is definitely, absolutely because you’re running an old version, but we need to make sure it’s not related to it.
