Logo not visible on Safari including mobile

For some reason the logo isn’t visible on Safari

Please update the theme to 3.2.4

OK… I’ve done this and it did not fix the problem. Is it possible to get some support for this issue?

Have you set your logo height in the theme options?

I have the logo width set to 500. After your last reply I added the height (97).. but that made the logo not visible on any browser. I just resized the logo file to 500×97 and that didn’t help.. still not visible on Safari. I currently have the logo at the 500×97 size with nothing in the height options. It shows on all browsers except Safari, I can enter a width but entering a height makes the logo disappear on all browsers.

I included a log in when I submitted this issue 13 days ago on March 4th. Can someone please provide some actual support? This is the only issue keeping us from launching this site.

Please add this snippet to Theme Options => Custom CSS

Re-test in Safari.
