    Hello,

I have made every edit in “logo options” and searched this forum and cannot find how to edit logo size.

Working on a MBP retina and looked at it with Safari, Chrome, Firefox & Stainless. All display the same.

    Here is a screenshot:

However, when I login to Windows 7 and open with IE, I get this:

Same display with Chrome & Firefox, however, Safari on Windows 7 is a train wreck:

What might be the issue with Windows 7 and Safari? Something about the Gates/Jobs enmity?

Many of our clients are on O SX. How can we modify the logo for O SX?

    Thank you in advance,
    David

    Hi there,

What version of Safari is that? Looks incredibly outdated. We only support Safari v6+. That issue looks to be with css failing to load – could be due to minification or caching plugins?

    Hi,

Your retina image and your standard size are image are both the same image. Ideally the retina should either be double the size of the original standard image or a higher resolution.

Are you using a page speed tool for testing, both your logo are this code pagespeed.CriticalImages.checkImageForCriticality(this);.

Do you still encounter the issues after disabling your caching plugins and flushing the browser caches?

    Thanks,
    David.
