How Can I fix this problem?

Did you check ” Allow registration on the “My Account” page ” in Woocommerce -> General -> Settings -> Registration.

Hi, you would need to check the site you’ve installed WooCommerce on, the settings should be the same within the plugin, no matter if you’re using multi sites or not. Let us know!
