    Rui,

    That was never the problem. I was always able to display different menus up top. The problem is that the footer repeats those top headers and doesn’t display my separate footer menu. The only links that should be in the footer are my Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    That’s because you didn’t erased your initial code.
    I’ve commented it in functions.php and the footer menu is ok.
