For anyone trying to figure out where the heck the updated revolution slider is located in the Neighbourhood theme file, this is where it is hiding:

Zipped theme file:
“themeforest-5086341-neighborhood-responsive-multipurpose-shop-theme.zip”

Unzipped:
(neighbourhood unzipped dir)Theme Filesneighborhoodincludespluginsrevslider.zip

How to update:
1. Click on “Revolution Slider” (bottom of left panel wpadmin menu)
2. Click on UPDATE PLUGIN (bottom right of plugin page)
3. Locate the revslider.zip and upload.
