Are there some problem with loading? Why shows a white box instead of the circle that represents better the loading?

    Hi there,

Looks like an AJAX issue on your site, likely plugin or server related. You may want to ask your host to check if everything is in order for you, else provide a link to us and we can point you in the right direction.

    Thanks.

    – Ed

Everything works on my end. Must be your browser or internet connection.
If it’s not a problem on your own website all is good 🙂

I have tested in various browsers and in my site the problem is the same. I have tested in different PC too.

    I get the error

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) http://tigresse.d2bcommerce.com.br/wp-content/themes/images/ajax-loader.gif

Can you please ask your hosting company about that as Ed suggested?

    Hello Melanie,

But How You can see this error is the same error in your demo, so this problem isn´t in my server.

My server is mine, but I don´t understand how this error could be happens in my server if your demo shows exactly the same error.

    Thanks,

    Hello Melaine,

I found this problem. This problem is happening because you call the wrong adress image. You call: /wp-content/themes/images/ajax-loader.gif but the correct adress is: /wp-content/themes/neighborhood/images/ajax-loader.gif.

Please, send me a file with this correction and You could put this in the next updated.

    Thanks,

You can search for ajax-loader.gif in style.css line 919 and replace the URL with your static URL to the image.

    Melanie, Good Afternoon,

There aren´t image “ajax-loader.gif” in directory “images”. I found only image “loader.gif”. It´s same? Thanks.

    Hi,

Open up style.css and in line #919 you saw something like this.

    div.pp_woocommerce .pp_loaderIcon{background:url(../images/ajax-loader.gif) center no-repeat}

    change that ajax-loader.gif to loader.gif

Let me know, what you got.

    Thanks,
    laranz.
