    How can I load more than 12 posts on the portfolio page?  Would like to change it to load 15 posts or if possible, load ALL the projects at once.

    On the page that you’re using for the portfolio, if you scroll down below the content editor you’ll find the meta options. Here is where you can set the number of items.
