I wrote many times to you about my probliem in this topic! If you don’t help me today, i’ll write to Envato Support to take actions, because It’s disgusting and disrespectful to your clients!!

valgor I explained why you never got replies – with your constant bumping you pushed your thread to the end of our to-do list over and over again before we ever had a chance to check it out. Patience is a real virtue in the support world 🙂 And by the way: politeness is as well!

PS: the only “action” you could take is to request a refund, but unfortunately refunds are not given only by a mere dissatisfaction with support, which isn’t mandatory, more a bonus because the swift guys love their clients 🙂
